Tamarind Juice
One of the juices that bring back memories of my childhood is the tamarind juice. Growing up in a tropical country, it is very typical that juices are the classic accompaniment to most meals. And what’s more, the choices are endless and change every day, at every meal. Undoubtedly, the tamarind has always been one of my favorites and I remember eating them freshly fallen from the tree with joy.
Recipe type: Drinks
  • 500 gr. tamarind pulp‬
  • ‪2 liters of water‬
  • ‪Sugar to taste‬
  1. Blend the tamarind and water for about 5 minutes
  2. Add sugar to taste and turn to beat for another 5 minutes
  3. Serve in glasses with ice.
